Clare Birchall teaches at the Institute of North American Studies at King's College London. She is author of Knowledge Goes Pop: From Conspiracy Theory to Gossip (Berg) and co-editor of New Cultural Studies: Adventures in Theory (Edinburgh University Press). As well as being the reviews editor for Culture Machine, Birchall is a series editor for Open Humanities Press and part of the team behind Liquid Theory TV and Liquid Books.
